1. Eligibility Criteria

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is in the same condition you received it unworn, unwashed, and free of odours or stains.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The product is not listed among the non‑returnable categories below.

Non‑Returnable Items
  • Products marked “Final Sale.”

  • Gift cards.

  • Bespoke or custom‑made garments (including personalised T‑shirts).

  • Gifts with purchase or promotional bonus items.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@sarassil.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will issue a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it with the specified carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.


3. Return Shipping Costs

SARASSIL covers the cost of return shipping for eligible items. You will not be charged unless the return is found to violate the conditions listed above.


4. Inspection & Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival.

  • If the item meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Funds may appear as “pending” while we verify the return; this is a temporary hold to protect against fraudulent or unauthorized claims.


5. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at SARASSIL’s discretion. Any changes will be posted on sarassil.com and, where appropriate, communicated via email.
