Returns & Refunds Policy
At SARASSIL, we stand behind the quality of every T-shirt we produce. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and free from odours or stains

All original tags and packaging are intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products clearly marked as Final Sale

Gift cards

Promotional or bonus items received with a purchase
Note: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, design preference changes or size selection errors are not considered defects. However, we are happy to assist if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns, return shipping is free. SARASSIL covers all return shipping costs.
5. Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If the return meets eligibility requirements, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
If your item was damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
6. Return Processing Location
Returns are processed through our authorized fulfillment partners. Return instructions and shipping details will be provided after your request is approved.
7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on sarassil.com.
