Our customers receive their T‑shirts within 3 – 7 business days from the time the order is placed. This window covers both production and shipping.
We’ll fix it fast. Send a photo of the incorrect item and your order number to support@sarassil.com. We’ll remake and reship the correct product at no cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, email support@sarassil.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
Shipping is completely free, no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees. Just place your order, and we’ll handle the rest.
We release promo codes during major shopping events, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Year’s, and seasonal launches. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive these codes as soon as they drop.
